The main objective of Bauxite Calcination is to make bauxite ore suitable for producing industry goods such as alumina. Heating bauxite in a rotary kiln at high temperatures extracts moisture and volatile materials and increases the ore’s strength. Because its thermal and chemical features are better, calcined bauxite plays a role in producing refractory products, abrasive tools, and metals.
We build rotary kilns at Technomart India that ensure bauxite heats up evenly, with energy usage kept lower and very little material loss. We have guided the construction of our systems using tough refractory linings and strong components that resist both heat and abrasives. Our kilns work automatically and have custom options, which results in uniform calcination for any industrial process you need.
