Electrostatic Precipitators Manufacturer

ESPs are modern devices for controlling air pollution by using high-voltage electric charges to remove small particles from industrial exhausts. Since dust carries a negative charge, it is attracted to collection plates with a positive charge and stays here until it is removed periodically. Because of this efficient system, the gases from chimneys are cleaned before being released, which allows industries to meet tough emission obligations. It is common to use ESPs in power plants, cement factories, steel mills and chemical processing areas because they handle large amounts of gas, maintain low-pressure loss and collect dust effectively, normally at rates higher than 99%. Fine particulates captured are best done with washable filters.

The electrostatic precipitators produced at Technomart India have strong construction and work effectively in difficult industrial situations. All units are built ruggedly and hold more current with transformers designed to help dust collect more effectively inside. Our ESPs are adapted to individual needs, as they can be installed in different shapes and include or exclude elements as needed. With low upkeep, a long lifespan and great results in emission control, we provide reliable systems for pollution control. Using Technomart ESPs means the environment is protected and equipment downstream lasts longer while remaining in line with regulations.
