Cyclone Separator Manufacturer

Many industries use cyclone separators as a main form of air pollution control, allowing them to remove large particles and dust from air streams by centrifugal force. As air that is polluted reaches the cyclone chamber, it quickly turns into a whirling vortex, sending the heavier particles to the chamber’s outward wall. The particles go into a hopper below and clean air leaves the unit through an opened top. Because they lack filters and moving devices, cyclone separators are both easy to maintain and cost less than other dust-control systems. Because they are highly effective pre-cleaners and are commonly used in cement, power generation, metallurgy and chemical processing, all of which benefit from their ability to reduce particle load on downstream filters.

All of our cyclone separators here at Technomart India are designed to last, work effectively and be dependable in tough industrial areas. Made from premium materials and made to withstand hot temperatures and rough particles, our machines deliver steady performance for a long time. We supply custom designs that work for different flow rates and dust types. They are useful both by themselves and as part of larger systems to help improve the air in cement plants, power stations, steel mills and chemical facilities, save equipment from wear and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
