Vertical Shaft Kiln Cement Plant Manufacturer

Vertical Shaft Kiln (VSK) is used to produce Cement clinker and quicklime. Gravity feed and proper heating of raw materials are made possible by these vertical kilns. Since large rotary kilns can be too costly for many regions, VSKs are preferred as an effective, space-efficient, and cheap way to produce ceramics on a smaller scale. The structure conveys materials flow smoothly with continuous processing.

Our Vertical Shaft Kilns at Technomart India are designed and built for performance, endless use, and for being simple to use. Refractory linings, fully automatic fuel systems, and fine control of airflow help our VSKs give even heating with zero wastage of energy. We offer a variety of fuel types and setup options while systems efficiently deliver a range of industries and still maintain low running costs and a clean approach.

Features of Vertical Shaft Kiln

  • Layered Feed System for Uniform Calcination – A controlled step-by-step charging process in VSKs makes sure that elements transit smoothly down the kiln shaft. Because of this, there are zero quality differences among products, benefiting the lime and clinker industries.
  • Natural Draft Operation – Natural draft is relied on by VSKs, reducing the requirement of external blowers and fans found in traditional rotary kilns. It results in more efficient energy use as well as easier and less complicated plant design.
  • Zonal Firing Control – There are three distinct zones in the kiln shaft, set for preheating, making the ceramic material, and cooling, each supplied with fuel as necessary. With this zonal control, the furnace’s energy consumption goes down while thermal profiles can be adjusted to match the feed.
  • Refractory Insulated Inner Shaft – When making a kiln, we line the interior with specially chosen heat-resistant bricks that help keep heat and allow the kiln to work well over time.
  • Continuous Discharge with Grate Mechanism – A discharge grate in the base of the kiln allows the calcined material to be removed continuously, avoiding clogs and preserving constant throughput.
